Why don't I see my parking passes in my mail yet?

Parking passes are sent to the billing address only, so you receive them at least 5 business days before the date of the event then if you still haven't received it before the event, you can contact us at [email protected].

Why is another person's name on my parking passes?

The name that shows may have been the original buyer of the parking pass. Parking passes can be transferred and these are now your parking passes.

Can I change/cancel the parking passes I have bought?

You cannot change or cancel parking passes you have purchased.
